Replacements

It truly is our ambition to make sure that your package arrives safely and scratch-less. I've received far too many decks with nasty nicks and scratches from lousy packaging to be complacent now that I'm at the helm. With all that said, if you feel your item has been damaged in transit, please email us ASAP with a photo of the offending deck and we'll replace it free of charge where possible. The deck must still be in its cellophane or we won't replace it. We can't guarantee we will always be able to replace the deck but will always do our best.

Oh, and please don't be opportunistic about it. If you had to pull out a magnifying glass to find a dent on the inside of the box, we'd appreciate it if you let it be. We're not a massive company and losing just one item from our stock will be damaging to our overall income. Not to mention that you've ended up with two decks for the price of one and probably prohibited another person from getting any! All that said, please do let us know if your package is damaged; don't shy away from it. Just don't be a prick about it. Lots of love, Sam. :-)

By that merit, we reserve the right to, with a heavy heart, inform you that we don't think a deck is damaged enough to be replaced after you send the photo(s).

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item. Our only wish is that it is still in the same condition as it was when you received it.

A full refund (including shipping) will be issued as soon as the item arrives back at Card Saviour HQ (i.e my bedroom).
